Thankful Thursday

A friend of a friend of mine started thankful Thursdays and I thought it was great idea. So this week I'm joining in. :)

1)I'm thankful that Bryce loves me so much he barrels into me when he sees me.

2) I'm thankful Bryce still takes two naps and I can get some rest too.

3) I'm thankful for Jim who works so hard to provide for us.

4) I'm thankful I married my best friend and we have grown more and more in love.

5) I'm thankful that Jim ,even after a long day at work, still wants to help me around the house so I can rest.

6) I'm thankful for friends who loan me clothes for Bryce.

7) I'm thankful I am 11 weeks and have only one more week until the morning sickness will go away!

8) I'm thankful the Lord has provided for us while I haven't been able to work.

9) I'm thankful for the roof over my head even though everything under it is in udder caos.

10) I'm thankful Bryce is sleeping through the night and doesn't get up for the day until 8.

Pregnancy Update

It's been a while since I updated and I had a free moment so I thought I would share a little. I am doing ok with the pregnancy. I have finally adjusted to the idea of another little one joining our family. I am estimated to be due around August 21st but since Bryce came early the nurse said to anticipate closer to the end of July. I still have morning sickness but fortunately it is not anything like I had with Bryce. I haven't been able to work for a couple of weeks because the smells would send me running to the bathroom. I hope to start back the second week of February. God has again been providing for us as we are down to one income again. It just blows my mind how God takes such good care of us. It gives me goosebumps when I look at our finances and how on paper it doesn't make sense yet all our bills are being paid and there is still money left over! I know it is God! There's nothing else that can explain that.

Bryce keeps me entertained these days. He is turning into a very independent little boy. He follows me all over the house and gives me hugs when I sit down with him. He loves to rough play and be chased. He is a good napper again and sleeps 12 hours at night! He had his 9 month well baby check on Tuesday and is now 17 pounds 6 oz. Every time I go to the doctor he tells me I have a perfect little boy. :) He still nurses in the morning but then has bottles the rest of the day. At first I was sad about that but then once I realized how much flexibility it gives me and how much happier he is, I don't mind so much. I can leave him easier and go have a girls night or date night with Jim. Both of which have been very missed!

New Year Surprises

I can't believe it is 2008 already! Next year will be my 10year high school reunion! That's crazy! This year has already started with a bang for us. Jim is back to work and is getting one half day a week which is nice. I am working two days a week again now that MOPS is back in session. Bryce continues to grow way too fast. He has decided crawling on all fours is faster then his belly flop crawl he had been doing. He is a very curious little guy and has discovered he can open drawers! What fun for mommy!

Also with the new year came a surprise. Jim and I thought it would be fun to see how many and who reads our blog. So for those of you that check our blog regularly will be first to know( don't worry we will tell everyone). The surprise news we got is that I am pregnant with baby #2!! This came as a surprise as it is a little sooner than we thought but is exciting news to us. I think I am due sometime in August but will confirm that in a few weeks.
