Visiting Friends

I have been missing the people I had been working with in the Everett School District since being home with Bryce. Don't get me wrong, I love being a stay at home mom and spending all day with Little Brycie, but I do miss the adult conversation and faces. So to get my fix I have been taking Bryce to the five Elementary schools I worked at: Silver Firs, Emerson, Hawthorne, Lowell and View Ridge. I could say Bryce and I were exploring school options for him...but he's only 9weeks old! Bryce loves to go visit other people and get out of the house. He was sure talking up a storm to my friend Chrystal at Hawthorne Elementary. She just loved having him there and talking to him.

Here are a few pictures she took of us.

I'm getting bigger!

I know you all are thinking that it's been a while since this has been updated...well Bryce has kept Mommy very busy! He has started rolling this passed month so when I put him on his tummy seconds later he's on his back! He just kicks and laughs and coos! He loves being on the floor as long as someone occasionally talks to him.

Bryce got his first shots on Tuesday. He was such a trooper at the doctor. He just smiled and talked while we waited for the doctor and then with the nurse. He didn't like the shots much but did fine with them. The next few days he just slept all day and hardly ate. Now he's back to his normal self. :)

Here's some new pictures of my little cutie pie. He's so entertaining!

Cuddling with Joel (Jim's best friend)

If I can't go outside, I love to just look through the window and dream that I'm out there

Such a content and mischievous look... "What can I get away with next?"

And the best of all! The big grin! I love that smile.....aah such a happy boy.

Long awaited shower

The weather here in Washington has been gorgeous! Sunny and upper 80's. Bryce and I are loving being outside.

Yesterday we had our baby shower that was originally scheduled for April 21st, but Bryce was born on the 20th. Poor Kendra had to reschedule 3 times. Thank you Kendra for sticking it out and being flexible! I must say it was more fun with Bryce there. I enjoyed seeing everyone and passing Bryce around. Two of Bryce's great grandmas were there as well a grandma and several aunts and cousins. I must say though that Bryce and I have been
spoiled with our A/C in our house. It was so warm that day but we all managed to have fun and enjoy each other's company. Here are some pictures from the shower as well as from the weekend.
