As one of our last summer getaways we went to Lake Chelan last weekend. We joined some good friends of ours from Washington. It was great fun! We rented condos by the lake and shared all the cooking. :) (Actually I only made a tomatoe salad and corn on the cobs the entire weekend!) The first night just us girls went out for the evening while the men stayed home and watched the kids. That was such a nice treat and I was bummed the other two didn't want to stay out later. The boys had several firsts on this trip. It was Grant's first trip where he got to be forward facing (which made a big difference and we were all happier!), both boys had their first boat ride and first trip to the beach. We all had a great time.
